User Agreement
By using www.superflights.co.in to browse, search, or book, users agree to abide by these Terms. Any violation may result in legal action and access denial.
Pricing and Payments
Prices shown include booking charges, applicable taxes (e.g. GST), and may include meal options. Personal expenses (e.g. bar, calls, etc.) are excluded. Payment options include credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI, and EMI via a secure Razorpay gateway.
Use of the Website
Users must:
- Be legally authorized to enter into agreements
- Book only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Protect their account credentials
- Superflights may deny access to any user at its discretion
Booking and Cancellation
- Total price includes taxes
- Fare discrepancies due to technical issues may lead to cancellation
- Tickets must be fully paid for before confirmation
- Infant (<2 yrs) and child (2-12 yrs) bookings require proof of age and must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- Airline policies also apply to bookings
Cancellations:
- Airline-specific cancellation rules apply
- Superflights does not charge cancellation fees, but convenience fees are non-refundable
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-partially cancellable
- Refunds require a formal request and may take several days based on the payment mode
- No-show refunds must be claimed within 90 days
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after confirmation from the airline. In case of airline insolvency or shutdown, Superflights is not liable to issue refunds but may recover advance amounts later refunded to users under such circumstances.
Communications
Email confirmations are sent upon transactions. SMS alerts are optional and not guaranteed. Users are responsible for providing correct contact details.
Copyright & Use
All site content belongs to Superflights. Copying, misuse, or tampering with the site is prohibited. Content may not be virus-free, and users accept the risk involved with internet transmissions.
Availability & Service Rules
Not all services are available in all regions. Each service is governed by its provider's terms, and users should check them before booking.
Flight Issues & Responsibilities
Superflights is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or errors caused by airlines or service providers. Users must notify Superflights of cancellations initiated through airlines to process refunds.
Special Travel Rules
- Unaccompanied Minors: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pregnancy Travel: Consult airlines and obtain a doctor's clearance if required.
- Tariff Changes: Post-booking increases in fuel or tax costs may be passed to customers.
Credit Shells
Refunds via airline-issued credit shells are solely the airline's responsibility. Superflights holds no liability for disputes involving such refunds.
